I won’t admit to being particularly knowledgeable on the subject of clothes. I mean, all I can really comment on is pretty or not…but then I still like to think I can recognise good costume designing in film. Yeah, I’m a little overachiever. We know Oscar has their love affair with royalty – and they’re good, excellent even. Incidentally, no royalty porn makes my list here. It’s a rundown of ten films where the innovativeness of the costume designing piqued my interest. Here they are, chronologically.
