Oprah has been inspired by Kathy Freston’s book Quantum Wellness: A Practical and Spiritual Guide to Health and Happiness back in 2008 when she went into 21-day vegan cleanse. In cleansing made by Oprah, she didn’t just exclude meat products from her diet but also caffeine, sugar, alcohol and gluten.
